It's our duty to know as much as possible about how the world works, how its people think, and what drives both change and ritual.
For us, the most important task is to deliberate over the problems which have attracted suffering and pain, following which discovery of innovative and important solutions to these problems is possible.
We will encourage those that wield power, having economic and political resources at their expense, to enact measures that act on these solutions with the ultimate aim of allowing all people to live up to their maximum potential.
At the same time, we shall lead our lives and encourage others to live in such a way that nature is preserved, allowing sustainable living on planet Earth.

Balancing the Budget of Sustenance
An article that left an impression here at HELP Society in The Economist magazine titled:
The Nutrition Puzzle
Why do so many people in poor countries eat so badly -- and what can be done about it'
They state the aprox. figures given below:
1 billion --> undernourished (underfed)
1 billion --> malnourished (eating low-nutrient food)
1 billion --> over-nourished (overweight or obese)
and some key quotes from the article :
The solution for having healthy people world-wide is education about eating right including: discouragement from eating fast-food, the importance of a balanced diet and eating without excess. There actually is food enough to sustain the planet. The issue is really about eating smart, eating only what one needs, and how to get food to starving people.

Malnutrition is associated with over a third of children’s
deaths and is the single most important risk factor in many diseases
According to research published in TheLancet, a medical
journal, malnourished children are less likely (all things being equal) to go
to school, less likely to stay there, and more likely to struggle
academically.
They earn less than their better-fed peers over their
lifetimes, marry poorer spouses and die earlier.

THE ENLIGHTENMENT
A link to an enlightening read and one chapter from the book:
THE ENLIGHTENMENT,
by Nicholas Orthodox Socrates
2. An Enlightened Society
A new vision is emerging,
Of increasing interest and popularity.
A vision for good human society.
Raising the horizon of human consciousness,
Beyond survival,
To a thriving extravagant celebration,
Where vision is constantly arising.
A journey is unfolding,
Within us.
This is the most interesting game,
On a train at a certain point in history,
There is a discourse we are all sharing,
In this collective universe;
And you are a part of it.
How can we change the world?
Contemplate an Enlightened Society.
