No time?

IF, you feel hurried.
If you feel stressed
because time feels like it is a crashing wave,
you are a victim of self-identification:

You probably believe that there is a you
that is a body,
that other people can see,
that has possessions --
of which is added to, changed and/or deleted from.

And which is continually interacting with other like beings.
All the while time or god is the witness
to the Ever-Repeating Loops of your life
Or the Evolution of the soul
Which is you.

But the interaction is not real--
that would imply a separation between actors and agents
outside of the mind which does not exist.

But you may come to learn that you are One with all life.
You Are, the objects of your attention
and are not actually subject to time's manipulation
as you first were conditioned to believe.

When you surrender yourself as an individual
who identifies with his thought
which is action and reaction
which has its roots in a past which no longer exists
and which projects to a future which will never exist,
you enter into peace

When you are at peace
you are Peace
and peace has no time
because peace is piece-less
while time is discrete, divisible because we make it so.

What you desire,
causes psychological distress,
Often it takes the form of subtle to intense anxiety
until it is obtained.
The pleasure, however, or the relief from pain, is short-lived
and, then on to the next one.

What you feel you are lacking in your day
comes from failing to realize that truth is in the present.
Inner peace can only be in the now.

That is truth

If something is true to you
then it should have no emotional attachment,
because if it did,  it would be a false truth
embellished by thought.

Feelings, emotions, and subjectivity
have their purpose --
just not at the arrival point of reality.

When you accept the truth about a matter
you can make progress from that space.
Your position within the collective consciousness will evolve
and you will realize peace that is long-lasting.

There is more time than you think.
When you remove the excess baggage
that comes from your unproductive habits of behavior and thought
you will have the sense that time is on your side

Enduring happiness
must come from you being in the now --
NOT in the thought
That what you could have done
were you to have been somewhere else
doing that thing
that you did not do or did not say,

But in the absence of thought
where you move with your heart and intelligence,
driven by perception- voluntary action-response,
only engaging in thought for productive means
and in speech that is necessary, helpful, and true.

Let these, mark the passage of time.
If you can achieve this,
you will feel like you have

Plenty of time.
